We believe successful compliance requires more than just a tidy warehouse, skilled staff or a flash looking documentation system. To be effective, you must document the “how to” (SYSTEM), acquire the recording and training systems to get the task completed in a consistent way (TOOLS), and periodically check the process for effectiveness (EVALUATION). You also need oversite to ensure resources are in place and checks get done on time and to the appropriate level (MANAGEMENT).
